Why This Role Is Valuable
The Associate, Business Partner and DEI Analytics, will leverage people data and research to solve business problems. In this role, you'll function as a key member of the People & Culture Business Partner team standing up a strategic HR dashboard to ensure that the entire Business Partner team and the business has access to critical metrics and insights to make informed decisions regarding Revantage' s most valued assets, our People! You will play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making for business partners to advise business units and stand up our DEI analytics capability. You will create and implement processes focused on strategic measurement and reporting of people metrics.
How You Add Value
Business Partner Data Analytics
- Own and execute on design, development and delivery of useful metrics, predictive models, dashboards, analysis, and data reporting to support requirements driven by HR process business owners and executive level business needs
- Create and present high-impact people data visualizations, communications, and data "stories" alongside clear, compelling recommendations
- Work in close collaboration with the People & Culture Technology Operations team and the People & Culture Talent Acquisition team to incorporate all recruiting dashboards and other metrics into the business partner analytics menu
- Evaluate all requests for appropriateness to guarantee confidentiality and compliance
- Create standard reports for recurring customer needs, providing analysis where appropriate
- Develop and maintain various Tableau dashboards by employing design and visualization best practices
- Govern security and maintain processes for evaluating, granting, and remediating access to produced data reports, visualizations, and analyses
- Run periodic audits to uncover data discrepancies and partner with the regional HR Service Centers to implement corrections where necessary
- Support HR Business Partners to provide analysis and ensure proper focus for all business units
DEI
- Partner with the Business on DEI data measurement and analytic needs and translate them into a vision/strategy/plan for delivering actionable results, while providing innovative feedback to ensure DEI solutions leverage the full potential of best practices around the company
- Manage and support input and submissions of external diversity surveys
- Translate and summarize DEI data into written reports, tables, graphs, and charts to convey information to management
- Drive business value by transforming DEI data and analytics into actionable business insights to guide strategic decisions
- Create and present high-impact DEI data visualizations, communications, and data "stories" alongside clear, compelling recommendations
- Ability to communicate complex ideas/findings clearly and concisely. Use a combination of internal and external DEI data to generate insights about DEI strategy
- Research future trends and develop global insights and intelligence for the DEI Office
- Collaborate with DEI leader and P&C Business Partners to understand DEI needs, uncover questions, align perspectives, and use data to inform Ford's DEI strategy
- Develop, implement, and update an end-to-end DEI measurement and analytics processes to include technology, data, process, and frameworks
- Evaluating talent diversity and prototyping solutions to enhance pipelines and candidate pools
- Coordinate with and provide support to enterprise Talent Analytics on DEI related components of tools, technology, deliverables, and processes to ensure a unified analytics approach and message
Centers of Excellence: Measuring Success
- Support Learning & Development function in providing
- Collaborates with subject matter experts across People & Culture teams (Operations, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development) to provide subject matter expertise on continuous process improvement related to reporting, data analysis and visualizations
- Partner with Operation People Technology stakeholder to understand our People & Culture systems and extract data and insights for our overall
What You Bring To The Role
Required:
- BS/BA degree
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analytics and insights, manipulation, report generation, and interpreting large amounts of data into useful insights
- Ability to partner, communicate, and translate business requirements to executive leadership into technical builds and vice versa
- Advanced proficiency with MS Excel
- Advanced MS PPT skillset to create slides that tell the story of the data, insights, and recommendations
- Experience working with and building data analysis tools and dashboards with (e.g., MS Office, PowerBI, Tableau or similar)
- Detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a diverse, fast paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams internally and externally
Preferred:
- Experience analyzing People/Workforce Analytics, developing dashboards and ad-hoc reporting tools including Performance Management, Onboarding, Recruiting, Compensation, DEI, and L&D metrics
- Experience with an Enterprise HCM Platform such as SuccessFactors, Workday or PeopleSoft
