Job Description

As a Consulting Analyst, you’ll employ problem-solving skills to uncover opportunities and drive insightful, powerful solutions for some of today’s most influential technology companies. You’ll pinpoint ways to maximize effectiveness, making recommendations that take businesses to the next level. While fostering team initiative, you’ll support day-to-day efforts in analysis, strategy development, implementation, training, and adoption. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional business, technical and go-to-market teams to address process or system-based challenges, leading transformations that meet client goals and deliver measurable impact.

About the team

The Logic20/20 Strategy & Operations team brings together people, processes, and technology to build solutions that propel businesses towards a goal—whether that’s accelerated growth, a better customer experience, or happier employees. Working with a diverse team of consultants and project managers, you’ll have the chance to make a difference in how companies develop new products, protect their customers’ privacy, drive cultural change, and more. When the big decisions are being made, you’ll have a seat at the table to contribute your unique perspective and ideas. When it’s time for the team to roll up their sleeves, you’ll put your talents to work while broadening your horizons and learning new skills.

About you

• You are a creative problem-solver who can quickly learn new tools and processes
• You’re comfortable communicating and building relationships with senior executives
• You’re a pro at investigating data issues, performing deep-dive data research, and proposing and executing solutions

Qualifications

• 2+ years of business analyst experience
• Demonstrated success managing cross-functional projects from definition to results
• Experience working and communicating with both information technology and strategic business teams
• Demonstrated ability to scale and improve business processes
• Bachelor’s degree

We’d also be super-impressed if you have

• Experience working with geographically distributed workforces
• Experience creating requirements and workflows
• Experience with PowerApps and/or Dynamics 365

Compensation starts at $54,000+ and is flexible dependent on experience
