What You Will Do:
Develop dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI.
Create interactive reports for AFIMSC leadership decision-making.
Integrate visualization tools with cloud-based data sources.
Design user-friendly interfaces for complex datasets.
Collaborate with analysts to translate insights into visuals.
Maintain and update visualization tools for ongoing projects.
Ensure compliance with data security and governance standards.
Provide training and support for visualization tools.
Develop templates for standardized reporting across directorates.
Optimize dashboards for performance and scalability.
What You Will Need:
An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance.
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
THREE (3) or more years of experience in data visualization and BI tools.
Proficiency in Tableau and Power BI.
Experience connecting dashboards to SQL and cloud data sources.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Certifications in Tableau or Power BI.
Experience connecting dashboards to SQL and cloud data sources.
Strong understanding of visualization best practices.
Knowledge of data storytelling and user experience design.
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience with geospatial visualization tools.
Knowledge of automation for dashboard updates.
Experience supporting DoD or Air Force analytics projects.
Familiarity with AI-driven visualization techniques.
Understanding of data governance and compliance standards.
Experience with scripting languages for visualization (Python, R).
Knowledge of agile methodologies.
Experience with robotic process automation.
Ability to design dashboards for mobile platforms.
