Core Responsibilities
Reporting Leadership & Ownership:
- Lead design, build, and governance of global dashboards for marketing investment planning.
- Manage roadmap and processes to ensure scalable, reliable solutions aligned with business priorities.
Global Reporting Framework & Standards:
- Define vision, critical metrics, and standards for marketing investment tracking.
- Align reporting with global guidelines and strategic priorities.
Collaboration & Data Integrity:
- Partner with IT, data and analytics teams to ensure data quality and accessibility.
- Collaborate with teams to validate outputs and embed reports into planning cycles.
Continuous Improvement:
- Find opportunities to enhance reporting efficiency, usability, and visual impact.
- Stay current on Power BI and BI guidelines; pilot new capabilities that improve timetoinsight and visual impact.
- Gather user feedback, run usability reviews, and continuously refine report UX for clarity and actionability.
Governance & Compliance:
- Implement governance processes for consistent KPI definitions.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and usage policies.

This role establishes a single source of truth for marketing investment performance within The LEGO Group. It translates complex data into clear, actionable insights, accelerating planning cycles and improving budget allocation and ROI. By governing data quality, access, and consistency across regions, it reduces reporting risk and strengthens compliance. Through enablement and continuous improvement, it drives adoption so leaders and teams can make faster, more confident decisions.
Do you have what it takes?
- Proven experience managing Power BI and reporting in marketing, finance, or investment contexts.
- Expertise in data modeling, visualization design, and dashboard optimization.
- Strong skills in KPI design, data governance, and metric taxonomy definition.
- Proficient in SQL and comfortable partnering on data architecture (e.g., star schemas, semantic models, incremental refresh).
- Skilled in cross-functional teamwork, translating technical details to business needs, and influencing teams.
- Track record of delivering high-quality, user-centric reporting that drives decision-making.
Nice to have (not required):
- Experience with cloud data platforms like Azure Synapse, Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks.
- Familiarity with marketing data sources such as GA4, ad platforms, CRM/CDP, and investment/ROI metrics.
