PURPOSE OF JOB/POSITION
- Manage key relationships between business stakeholders and GDDT to deliver on business opportunities and outcomes, driving continuous delivery of value using agile GDDT life cycle management from product prototyping, development, optimizations, and renewals to product terminations.
- Lead the development of data visualization platforms Power BI fitting into long-term roadmaps and drive the product priority-setting of capabilities and features in response to business needs aligned with GDDT architecture, deployment, and product and release management.
- Proactively monitor and maintain product-related end-to-end customer/business experiences and influence relevant stakeholders to support and deliver successful product releases.
- Partner with peers within GDDT to drive continuous improvement of service processes, user experiences, and application optimization aligned with business stakeholders.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Engage and align with business stakeholders and GDDT on current business plans, strategies, and future opportunities, providing product recommendations to build a pipeline of meaningful releases.
- Influence key stakeholders across business and technology to develop and convey product visions.
- Ensure and drive the development of a product vision, strategy, and roadmap whilst aligning key stakeholders based on capability and feature needs.
- Use broad knowledge of GDDT, new and established technology developments, and consult with key players to enhance products, define products, develop prototypes, and develop a roadmap for ongoing and new product developments.
- Drive prioritization of the product backlog to keep agile teams unblocked and aligned.
- Monitor product performance and troubleshoot platform issues. Oversee and manage the platform operational support.
- Ensure security and efficiency of product infrastructure.
- Ensure platform stays up-to-date by managing new product releases, upgrades, and respective end-user communications.
- Build internal technical documentation, manuals, and architecture best practices.
- Estimate approximate workload requirements and timeline predictions and continuously monitor and prioritize product developments and workflow and capacity to deliver the most significant value to the product users.
- Communicate issues and successes up and down in the project groups, GDDT, and the business.
- Participate and lead gathering of research to identify articulated and non-articulated product needs.
- Continually monitor and refine the product and lead and influence the performing service management and expert opportunities to optimize user experiences.

EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a scientific discipline, computer science, or business administration is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Data Visualization tools such as Power BI (primary) and Qlik Sense and Tableau (secondary).
- Experience with data visualization platform administration (Power BI (primary) and Qlik Sense and Tableau (secondary).
- Data modeling experience.
- Ability to prototype, build, experiment, analyze, and engineer the product but also can build dashboards/solutions working with business stakeholders.
- Experience in stakeholder relationship management. Influential in orchestrating key stakeholders and product teams to turn product vision into reality.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, business acumen, and enterprise knowledge.
- Work with virtual/agile teams in different locations, aligning and adapting different work, culture, and communication styles.
- Familiarity working in a lean and agile software delivery team
- Project management experience.
- Experience with the design and development of pharmaceutical life science products.
- Able to think counterproductively, out of the box, and is able to convince stakeholders.

This role requires onsite/hybrid presence and cannot be performed as remote only role.
