You will support the organization's data initiatives by assisting in the development and execution of data strategies and transformation projects. This role assists with data transformation projects, documentation, progress tracking, and stakeholder coordination. Responsibilities include developing and implementing advanced analytics solutions, reporting tools, and data visualization platforms, as well as conducting basic data analysis to identify trends and prepare reports and presentations. The individual helps identify opportunities to improve data processes and workflows, and works closely with business, technology teams, and data owners to understand requirements and support solution delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from various sources to support business analysis and reporting.
- Support data transformation projects by preparing documentation, tracking progress, and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Develop and implement advanced analytics solutions, reporting tools, and data visualization platforms.
- Conduct basic data analysis to identify trends and patterns; prepare reports and presentations for internal teams.
- Help identify opportunities to improve data processes and workflows.
- Work with business, technology teams, and data owners to understand data requirements and support solution delivery.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, or related field with financial or analytical discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in data strategy, data management, analytics, or finance transformation roles.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data analysis languages.
- Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Data Bricks, AWS).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Sigma, Qlik Sense, Tableau).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced and collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in financial services or a regulated industry is a plus.
