The role

As a Data Verification Specialist, you will act as a critical gatekeeper for licensure and documentation. You’ll not only confirm that healthcare professionals meet U.S. state requirements but also verify vaccination compliance. Additionally, you’ll review and maintain accurate work logs to ensure all hours are properly recorded. This blend of administrative oversight, compliance verification, and data management requires attention to detail, the ability to handle sensitive information, and strong collaborative skills.

Where you’ll work

We are looking for a candidate based in or near Warsaw. The role will primarily be remote, with encouraged in-office collaboration on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to support team engagement and cultural development. While not mandatory, this schedule fosters a collaborative environment and aligns with our expectations.

What you’ll be doing

• Review licenses and verify that each healthcare professional’s documentation is complete.

• Confirm that all required vaccinations are completed during the onboarding and credentialing process.

• Review and verify work logs to ensure an accurate reflection of hours worked.

What you’ll need

• Strong attention to detail.

• Proficiency in English.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

• Capacity to perform well under pressure.

• Willingness to work on a Mac computer and within Google Workspace.

• Familiarity with handling time-sensitive materials and maintaining confidentiality.

• Prior experience in a similar role is a strong plus.
