The Direct Distribution Performance team is responsible for analyzing the operational performance of client relations centres in home and auto insurance. More specifically, our team is responsible for monitoring the individual performance of service delivery employees using a variety of data sources. More specifically, you will be required to:
Analyze and identify user needs, work on data valorization initiatives, and ensure operationalization through cross-sector coordination.
Help business sectors define their needs, make recommendations and provide advice for selecting, implementing and using data management tools.
Conduct research and descriptive, diagnostic and predictive analysis to ensure optimal data use.
Build and develop complex reports using database management systems and modelling techniques to define the logic behind the data.
Make recommendations to support business decision-making.
Identify opportunities to improve models, and recommend ways to enhance data management tools.

What you bring to the table
Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of four years of relevant experience in business intelligence and data valorization
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec
Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners
SAS programming skills
Expertise in designing reports and dashboards with Power BI
Knowledge of call centres, client relations centres and/or phone services
