As part of the Business Intelligence and Member/Client Analytics Department, you contribute to data valorization on a team tasked with promoting and supporting the development of self-service analytics and member/client knowledge. We develop and update practices, informational data components, client indicators, dashboards and business solutions for self-service analytics. As a Data Valorization Advisor, you’re responsible for leveraging data to facilitate business decision making. You’re part of the production management team, and you manage the production portfolio, analyze and resolve anomalies, identify areas for optimization and ensure priority development of dashboards and analytics solutions for internal partners. Your initiatives require extensive knowledge of your line of work. You advise and actively collaborate with advisors responsible for development initiatives to optimize implementation. More specifically, you will be required to:

  • Manage the department’s production portfolio (anomalies, changes, new features)
  • Develop and implement solutions and capacity to support the management of production, flows and indicators that support data valorization
  • Facilitate development of and updates to solutions (dashboards, indicators, data marts, etc.) and implement them
  • Use database management systems to develop and periodically update indicators, data marts and reports that give users a consistent picture of results
  • Contribute to impact analyses for projects and initiatives
  • Serve as a resource person for various stakeholders and/or priority initiatives

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of four years of relevant experience
  • Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
  • Knowledge of French is required
  • Proficiency in SAS and SQL programming languages
  • Knowledge of Tableau and Power BI visualization tools
