Xebia is a global AI-first, digital transformation, and engineering partner. With over 25 years of experience and a team of 5,000 professionals across 16 countries, we help organizations design and build scalable products, platforms, and data-driven solutions.

We specialize in Artificial Intelligence, Data and Cloud, Intelligent Automation, and Digital Products, combining deep technical expertise with a strong focus on engineering excellence and a people-first culture.

In the CEE region, we’re a team of nearly 1,000 experts delivering modern applications, data platforms, and AI solutions for clients such as McLaren, Aviva, Deloitte, Spotify, Disney, ING, UPS, Tesco, Truecaller, AllSaints, Volotea, Schmitz Cargobull, Allegro, InPost, and many, many more. We work with leading technologies including AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, and Snowflake, and combine strong engineering culture with a consulting mindset and a continuous focus on growth and knowledge sharing.

You will be:
  • leading the engagement from kickoff through assessment, scope definition, delivery, operationalisation and handover,
  • driving business and technology alignment around data platform adoption, operating model, data ownership, stewardship, data quality and handover,
  • validating whether the BU is genuinely ready to proceed: sponsor commitment, SME availability, data owner authority, source access, decision-making and remediation ownership,
  • acting as the main engagement interface for business sponsors, senior data stakeholders, central programme teams and technology teams,
  • coordinating Data Architect, Platform Engineer, DQ / Analytics and knowledge management roles. Translate technical findings into business-readable decisions,
  • owning risks, issues, decision logs and escalation flow. Escalating early when a local issue may affect readiness, delivery quality or handover,

Your profile:
  • 10+ years of experience in IT, data, platform or digital transformation delivery,
  • at least 5 years in senior delivery, programme leadership, engagement leadership, data practice leadership or pre-sales roles related to data transformation,
  • credible experience specifically with data platform, data governance or data transformation initiatives - e.g. data quality remediation, master data / canonical model definition, data stewardship operating models, or migration/adoption of a modern data platform. Generic cloud infrastructure or application modernisation programmes do not count on their own, even when paired with governance or roadmap responsibilities,
  • able to discuss operating model, data stewardship, data quality, source ownership, lineage, integration and platform adoption at a practical delivery level,
  • strong executive stakeholder management; comfortable working with senior business sponsors, central programme teams and senior data / technology leaders,
  • proven ability to challenge business stakeholders constructively when readiness, ownership, scope or data quality is weak,
  • experience with structured delivery governance: steering meetings, risk logs, decision logs, escalation paths and formal client checkpoints,
  • strong communicator who can explain data-related risks in business language and guide stakeholders toward a decision,
  • comfortable managing ambiguity, pressure, conflicting priorities and multiple concurrent engagements,
  • fluent, high-impact English is required. Portuguese, French or Spanish is an advantage depending on region.
  • Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
