- Create data visualizations and enhance interactive dashboards for Talent Management, Succession Planning, and Learning & Development using Microsoft Excel/Spreadsheet.
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and transformation to support accurate reporting and analysis.
- Monitor dashboard performance, ensure data is regularly updated, and troubleshoot reporting issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (S1) from any major.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Spreadsheet, especially Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, formulas, and charts.
- Familiarity with data visualization.
