What You'll Be DoingThe Data & Systems Analyst I is a member of the Technology & Analytics team responsible for supporting the systems, data, reporting, and technology needs of teams across the Compliance organization, including the Firm's Global Anti-Money Laundering (AML) department. This role supports the administration and operation of key technology platforms, performs data validation and testing, assists with reporting and analysis, and helps ensure the accuracy and reliability of systems and data used by Compliance. The role is well suited for an individual with experience working with business or enterprise systems, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and an interest in SQL, Power BI, Power Automate, and AI-enabled technologies.
What We're Looking For- Support the administration, maintenance, and day-to-day operation of technology platforms used across the Compliance organization.
- Assist with user access, entitlements, system configuration, and other system administration activities.\
- Perform data validation, reconciliations, and basic analysis to support system and reporting processes.
- Assist with recurring and ad hoc reporting requests and use SQL to query and validate data.
- Assist with system testing, regression testing, and deployment validation for system changes and enhancements.
- Investigate system, data, and reporting issues and escalate complex issues to senior team members as appropriate.
- Support the intake and tracking of system, reporting, and technology requests.
- Maintain documentation of system procedures, reporting logic, testing results, and support activities.
- Assist with system upgrades, vendor implementations, and technology enhancements.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting and operational processes through technology and automation.
- Develop technical capabilities with SQL, Power BI, Power Automate, AI-enabled technologies, and other tools used by the team.
- Collaborate with Compliance stakeholders, senior team members, internal technology teams, and vendors as appropriate.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy, testing, and documentation.
- Basic understanding of structured data, reporting, and data validation concepts.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

- Minimum Required: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum Required: 1+ years of IT, systems support, operations, financial services, or related experience.
- Minimum Required: Experience working with business or enterprise systems, including system support, administration, testing, configuration, reporting, or related activities.
- Preferred: Experience supporting financial services, regulatory, Compliance, or other highly controlled business environments.
- Minimum Required: None.
- Minimum Required: Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with SQL, relational databases, or data querying concepts is preferred.
- Familiarity with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI or SSRS is a plus.
- Familiarity with Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, or other automation and AI-enabled technologies is a plus.
- Familiarity with JIRA, or similar work management and ticketing platforms is a plus.
