We are seeking a talented and innovative Data Storyteller to join our team. This role is crucial in crafting weekly insight reports that go beyond numbers to provide our clients with deep, actionable insights about their customer feedback. The ideal candidate will combine data analysis proficiency with exceptional storytelling abilities, enabling them to create engaging narratives that resonate with our enterprise clients.

In this role, you will:

• Analyze weekly customer feedback data to identify significant trends, patterns, and changes.
• Develop compelling reports that translate complex data insights into easy-to-understand reports, that drive decision making among Unwrap's customers
• Work with our engineering team to identify automation opportunities
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in all reports, adapting content and style to meet the needs of diverse customers

This is a full-time, in-person role in beautiful Santa Barbara, CA. Our office is downtown, walking distance to great restaurants, coffee shops, and the beach.

Who We Are

Unwrap.ai is on a mission to fill the world with products people love. We’re helping companies like Lyft, Microsoft, Perplexity, and Github collect and process feedback more effectively from sources like Zendesk, App Store reviews, Reddit, and Twitter. We’re currently a team of 20, based in Santa Barbara, and growing quickly. We are venture-backed, and just raised our $12M Series A.
Our founders, two ex-Amazon Alexa Product Managers, were tired of manually sifting through customer reviews, support tickets, and bugs while working on Alexa. They understood the importance of listening to customers and prioritizing their requests effectively, but simply had too much feedback to parse through. So, Unwrap.ai was born to solve this problem. Specifically, at Unwrap we use Natural Language Processing to automatically cluster, tag, and analyze customer feedback to help product and engineering teams build what customers want. The ultimate goal is to better connect users and builders, so builders can fill the world with products people love.

Role Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a a related field
• Proven experience in data analysis and data storytelling, with a portfolio demonstrating the ability to convert data into compelling narratives
