As a Data Steward BI, you ensure the quality, performance, and governance of our BI landscape.
You act as a central enabler by standardizing data structures, supporting users and driving best practices across Tableau and Snowflake environments.
Your main tasks will beOwn and manage BI user management (e.g. Tableau onboarding, monitoring, governance, PushMetrics)
Monitor and improve data source performance and quality, including proactive issue handling
Develop and maintain data catalogue, templates, trainings and documentation for scalable BI usage
Define and implement data certification and governance processes
Act as central point of contact for BI technical support and drive continuous enablement (trainings, best practices, BI Expert Meeting)
Implement new technical setups defined by 4fs
Act as central expert for Snowflake and its usage on 4fm side and train nominated BI experts in Snowflake
Advanced Experience in Tableau and data platforms such as Snowflake
Strong understanding of data modelling, data quality and performance optimization
Knowledge in using 4flow data
Experience in data governance, documentation, and standardization
Ability to manage and communicate with stakeholders across technical and business teams
Hands-on mindset with experience in support, training, or enablement roles
