JOB PURPOSE

This role exists to drive data-driven decision making and operational excellence within logistics and supply chain analytics, enabling the business to turn complex data into actionable insights and continuous improvements. You will contribute to building robust reporting ecosystems, optimizing processes, and strengthening cross-functional collaboration across the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance operational reports (e.g., Waste Tracker, Accrual reports) using BI tools

  • Lead the analytics and insights workstream within logistics projects, ensuring delivery of high-quality, reliable data

  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights that support decision making

  • Design and own Data Lake Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and reporting solutions

  • Continuously improve and optimize data models and reporting structures based on evolving business needs and technical feedback

  • Automate repetitive processes to increase efficiency for the wider logistics and supply chain teams

  • Provide ad-hoc analyses (e.g., cost-to-serve, transport savings) to support strategic and operational decisions

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure end-to-end (E2E) reporting consistency across supply chain streams

  • Act as a business partner to logistics and performance teams, including external partners (e.g., UltraLogistik)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related analytical environment

  • Strong analytical skills with advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI

  • Proven experience in SQL and VBA for data handling and automation

  • Professional proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)

  • Ability to work across organizational boundaries, influencing stakeholders and driving change

  • Experience in supply chain processes (e.g., customs, logistics operations)

  • Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

  • Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on innovation and process optimization
