Who We’re Looking For
A reliable, detail-oriented, and technically savvy assistant who:
- Has advanced Microsoft Excel skills;
- Quickly learns new platforms (Rippling, Deel, NetSuite, Notion, Slack, etc.);
- Can extract, clean, structure, and analyze data;
- Is ready to support administrative tasks, configure templates, and build reports.
- Configure and optimize Excel files for various internal tasks;
- Export and consolidate data from different systems for reporting;
- Check data accuracy and automate repetitive tasks;
- Support work across platforms like Rippling, Deel;
- Maintain documentation, templates, and internal process guides.
- Experience with ERP, HR, or payroll systems (e.g. Deel, Rippling);
- Russian and English proficiency at B1 level or higher (for working with documentation, platforms, and communication).
