The Data Solutions Specialist manages our customers’ variable data for printed labels including price tags, content labels, and intelligent label solutions. This role acts as a primary point of contact for Retail Brand Clients and for global production locations for variable data-related information, ensuring smooth operations with online ordering, production, and information solutions
Key responsibilities
- Manage customers’ variable data for printed labels including price tags, content labels, and intelligent label solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Retail Brand Clients and global production locations for variable data-related information.
- Coordinate closely with production locations, IT, and automation teams to ensure smooth operations with online ordering and production.
- Participate in end-to-end data testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with the customer.
- Provide timely resolutions and updates to clients regarding ecommerce solutions execution and post-production support
- Proven experience in data management or product development within an ecommerce or solutions environment.
- Strong technical aptitude with knowledge of process automation and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English, Spanish and French for managing client and internal stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing complex data requirements and permutations.
