Data Security Analyst

Summary

TeleSign is seeking a Digital Identity Expert, Data Analyst for identifying and subsequently defining TeleSign customers required tests, monitoring the test coverage and evaluating the overall quality experienced when testing the TeleSign Services. The DA will be gathering and managing the Test Data. Evaluating the outcome of each test cycle to drive revenue by providing actionable analysis towards our customers and building the right templates and automation across the organization.

The position requires the ability to execute product testing and analysis that map to a specific customer’s proposed use case(s), rendering a comprehensive analysis of the customer data and testing results. These testing and analysis will drive our customer selling process and provide deep understanding on how best to implement and deploy the TeleSign offerings specific to the customer environment. Strong problem solving, analytical, written and verbal communication skills are essential to this role. This person will report directly to the Head of Solutions Engineering/GTM Enterprise and work on various strategic projects that require analytics. This position is based in Belgrade.

Essential Functions

• Be Responsible for PoC’s and batch testing of TeleSign Services
• Identify Testing and Analytics gaps and participate in the specification, design, implementation, and validation of necessary end-to-end testing.
• Work closely with Product and Data Science teams to understand the fundamentals of our data services and translate them into clear analysis for our customers.
• Build templates to ensure test analysis automation.
• Provide deep data insights and differentiation to Solution Architects and sellers through in-depth analytics.
• Assist in developing training and process improvement initiatives for DI Experts and supporting teams
• Orchestrate between multiple departments to ensure a total testing and analysis solution is presented to the customer.
• Work with sales to complete RFP/RFI/RFQ requests from customers and complete security questionnaires.
• Coordinate with other departments such as Legal and IT Security for proposals and attestations.

Essential Requirements

• Proven ability to master new technology and application domains (e.g. web, consumer, enterprise, mobility).
• Deep experience/knowledge in security, fraud prevention or telecommunications space is a must.
• “Start-up Style" creativity and execution and ability to operate in ambiguity.
• Ability to see and present "the big picture" through strong analytics and question-based skills.
• Must be effective in working both independently and in a team setting.
• BS or equivalent in Computer Science or Mathematics.
• Use of Tableau, Excel and other analytics tools a must.
• Using various coding languages also a plus
