In the role of Data Scientist within our Global Data & Analytics organization, you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer. Build predictive models and analytical solutions that support commercial growth and business performance.
Translate business challenges into data-driven approaches and actionable recommendations.
Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to identify opportunities and optimize outcomes.
Analyze customer behavior, segmentation, pricing, and market trends to support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with Business Intelligence colleagues to create dashboards, reports, and visualizations that make insights accessible and impactful.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across analytical workflows.
Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of analytical methods, tools, and best practices.
Act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, helping stakeholders make informed decisions through data.
To perform well in the role, we imagine that you:
Hold a degree within Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Have experience working with advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and data-driven decision-making.
Have solid skills in Python and SQL.
Have experience working with modern analytics and cloud-based data platforms such as Databricks.
Understand machine learning concepts, forecasting, segmentation, experimentation, and statistical analysis.
Are comfortable translating complex analytical findings into practical business recommendations.
Have experience working with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI.
Enjoy collaborating with stakeholders across different functions and levels of the organization.
Bring a commercial mindset and understand how data can create business value, improve customer experiences, and support growth.
Are inquisitive, highly motivated, and focused on addressing complex challenges with data.
