Summary:
As a Senior Data Scientist you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality data delivery, improving reporting frameworks, and supporting deeper analysis to inform internal decision-making. This role builds on strong data foundations and introduces more advanced analytical thinking, while maintaining a focus on scalable execution and operational excellence.
You will work closely with internal and cross-functional teams to enhance data processes, support performance analysis, and contribute to more efficient and data-driven decision-making across accounts.
What You Will Do:
- Revamp an existing customer lead scoring model predicting conversion propensity based on web behavior across regional brand websites. Address current data lag and interpretability issues.
- Act as a strategic partner to the client's digital analytics team, taking conceptual questions and pitching "white space" mathematical/statistical opportunities.
- Build/run models to support client Marketing Mix Modeling readouts. Leverage 1PD and third-party data (TransUnion) to uncover insights, perform clustering, and develop predictive targeting segments.
- Help trial and evaluate new platforms (proprietary and 3rd party) for built-in AI capabilities and enhancements over existing reporting and analytical tools.
Must Have:
- 8-10 years of professional and practical experience.
- Strong command of applied statistics and testing methodologies, preferably within the media analytics space.
- Strong command of Python, SQL and Machine Learning algorithms (Classification, Regression, Clustering, XGBoost Library).
- Must be comfortable navigating and extracting data from AWS environments (e.g. Athena), Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Knime, and Dashboards (Tableau).
- Advanced english level (B2+/C1) is a strict and mandatory requirement.

- Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), audience segmentation, and model interpretability (e.g., SHAP/LIME).
