Primary Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates expertise in statistics, traditional machine learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Deep Learning techniques
- Solid technical proficiency in Python, PySpark, SQL, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and MLFlow
- Skilled in Agentic AI, Gen AI and LLM technologies, including prompt engineering, LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, embeddings, vector databases (FAISS/Chrom DB/Azure AI Search etc.,).
- Apply advanced data science techniques to uncover actionable insights and data-driven decision making from structured and unstructured data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into data science solutions
- Design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines for real-time and batch inference
- Maintain model lifecycle management, including model monitoring and retraining
- Develop scalable and reliable Gen AI/LLM powered solutions to enhance productivity, automate workflows, and improve customer experience
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Graduate degree or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years experience as a Full Stack Engineer with Solid proficiency in Python, Java or other backend programming languages
- 2+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI engineering roles like GenAI, Statistical Analysis, Data Mining, and Data Visualization, ML framework and libraries TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and Keras
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience in leveraging cloud-based data platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), along with containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and MLOps practices for scalable model deployment
- Solid understanding of database concepts, distributed systems, and data warehousing principles
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree
- Azure certifications
- Familiarity with the US Healthcare domain
