Job Description

We’re looking for a Data Scientist who is passionate about solving real-world problems with machine learning and data engineering. In this role, you’ll design and deploy scalable models, build data workflows, and contribute to analytics solutions that directly impact business decisions.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and deploy ML models for forecasting, optimization, and product performance analysis

  • Develop feature engineering pipelines, evaluate models, and ensure reproducibility

  • Work with large-scale datasets using Databricks, PySpark, and Azure Data Factory

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to turn business needs into data-driven solutions

  • Experiment with LLMs and embeddings to prototype assistant-style data tools

  • Contribute to clean, modular, and maintainable data science codebases

Job Qualifications

Tech Stack

  • Languages: Python (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn), SQL

  • Cloud: Microsoft Azure (ADF, Blob)

  • Data & ML Tools: Databricks, MLflow

  • Version Control / CICD: Git

  • Other: Familiarity with APIs, automation workflows, and applied LLM experimentation

What You Bring

  • Solid experience in data science / ML workflows (forecasting, sales analytics, customer insights)

  • Strong skills in data preprocessing, feature design, and model evaluation

  • Familiarity with MLOps principles, including experimentation tracking and performance monitoring

  • Ability to translate business questions into data science solutions and communicate results clearly

Nice-to-Have / Areas to Grow Into

  • Scaling LLM-powered applications into production environments

  • Stronger grounding in causal inference / experimental design

  • More hands-on with product-facing data science or AI-based products

  • Expanding expertise in UX for data apps
