We are seeking a Data Scientist to drive advanced analytics and unlock insights from our IT Manufacturing Data Warehouses.
This role focuses on applying statistical and machine learning techniques to support data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable strategies that improve operational efficiency and innovation.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Advanced Analytics & Modeling: Apply statistical methods and machine learning algorithms to identify trends, predict outcomes, and optimize processes.
- Data Visualization & Storytelling: Build impactful dashboards and reports using Power BI and Grafana, enabling clear communication of insights.
- Data Pipeline Development: Design and maintain robust ETL processes to ensure timely and accurate data availability.
- Data Quality & Governance: Validate and monitor data integrity across systems, implementing best practices for reliability.
- Innovation with AI/ML: Explore and implement AI/ML use cases to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing and business operations.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions.
Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analytics, data engineering, or business intelligence, with exposure to machine learning and predictive modeling.
- Programming for Analytics: Skilled in Python for data analysis, machine learning, and automation; familiarity with .NET (C#) for enterprise integration.
- Advanced SQL Expertise: Strong knowledge of Transact-SQL (T-SQL) for complex queries and performance optimization.
- Data Integration & Modeling: Experience with SSIS and SSAS for ETL and multidimensional modeling.
- Cloud & DevOps Practices: Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Agile processes (Boards, Backlogs, Sprints) and CI/CD pipelines for data solutions.
- Modern Architectures: Knowledge of microservices and containerization using Docker & Kubernetes for scalable data applications.

- Data Science Mindset: Ability to transform raw data into insights, leveraging statistical methods, predictive modeling, and advanced analytics.
- Strong understanding of business processes and ability to connect data insights to operational goals.
- Clear communicator who can translate technical findings into business language.
