About your role: As a Data Scientist, you will work closely with the Data Engineering and Development teams to build pipelines from scratch, design ML models that directly impact user engagement and monetization, and drive innovation in high-load, complex environments. This role offers real ownership: you’ll see your models go live, measure results in real time, and if you have the motivation and drive grow into leading the DS team in the future
In this role, you will
- Create, develop, and refine machine learning models to improve business effectiveness
- Work with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to design and deliver innovative features and improvements
- Utilize your expertise in data structures, algorithms, and machine learning techniques to enhance model performance and efficiency
- Apply best practices in MLOps to simplify deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of ML models in production
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to machine learning models and pipelines
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in machine learning and AI
It’s all about you
- 2+ years of experience in machine learning and deep learning on tabular data or recommendation systems
- 2+ years of commercial software development experience in Python and ML
- Experience designing data science roadmaps and leading the technical execution of projects
- Experience with cloud development (AWS/GCP)
- Experience deploying API models in Dev/Prod environments
- Practical understanding of A/B testing processes
- Strong grasp of the mathematics behind modern machine learning, linear algebra, and statistics
- Advanced SQL knowledge
- Proven track record of completing the full data science project cycle — from data load to model deployment
- Deep learning background
- Team-oriented mindset, engagement, and focus on results
