We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist. You will be highly involved in the Tomax development process, starting from the requirement gathering, prioritization, development up to production. You will be the Owner of all AI aspects of Tomax products.
Requirements
- Take ownership of existing AI capabilities, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead end-to-end development of new AI initiatives: from data collection and model development to deployment and monitoring.
- Serve as the go-to expert for AI and data-related questions across the organization.
- Collaborate closely with the product and R&D teams to deliver best-in-class AI-driven features.
- Previous experience in a similar role (2-4 years).
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python and common data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib).
- Experience with Gen-AI and NLP.
- Background in image and video processing.
- Experience working with AWS cloud infrastructure- An advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
