Job Responsibilities:

  • Utilize quantitative and modeling analysis methods to analyze and optimize game-related products, providing data interpretation and strategic recommendations to support business decision-making and help develop actionable strategies.
  • Participate in A/B test design and analysis, user behavior tracking and retention analysis, as well as marketing campaign performance evaluation, offering systematic data capabilities and in-depth analytical insights.
  • Continuously explore the application of cutting-edge machine learning algorithms (e.g., recommendation systems, graph neural networks, reinforcement learning, etc.) in gaming scenarios such as recommendation, social features, and matchmaking system optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Ph.D. student in data mining, information retrieval, recommendation systems, or related fields.
  • Strong programming skills with proficiency in Python, SQL, and shell scripting; expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and other common neural network frameworks; solid understanding of commonly used machine learning methods.
  • Sensitive to core performance metrics, with great communication and teamwork skills; high sense of responsibility, and ability to proactively drive project execution.
  • Passionate about games and fluency in Chinese as working partners and stakeholders are from China.
  • Candidates with publications in top conferences (e.g., ACL, NAACL, EMNLP, AAAI, NeurIPS, KDD, IJCAI, SIGIR) or with relevant competition experience are preferred.
