🔍 What You'll Be Doing
- Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product managers to ideate and implement new AI features
- Drive the development of end-to-end ML workflows—from data ingestion and modeling to deployment
- Develop, evaluate, and tune models using advanced metrics and optimization techniques.
- Build architectures around Large Language Models and AI agents.
- Promote knowledge sharing and collaboration.
🧰 Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or related fields
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in data science, including modeling, evaluation, and scaled deployment
- Advanced proficiency in Python
- Strong skills in designing production-grade ML systems and workflows
- Deep understanding of multi-agent systems, experience with the LangGraph framework, or an equivalent framework
- Passion for experimentation, innovation, and leveraging data to drive outcomes
- Advantage: Experience with Spark
- Advantage: Computer vision capabilities
