Job Description
DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Responsible for developing and delivering reporting and analytic solutions. Plan and execute analytical projects, both individually and in collaboration with fellow data scientists. Communicate data science findings to senior business leaders. Manage relationships with stakeholders across business and technology teams. Conduct discovery analysis and hypothesis testing with partners to proactively identify, develop, and implement opportunities. Develop deep subject matter expertise in various financial and operational domains to support a diverse book of work. Drive data science and analytics strategy including recommendations on the products, processes and services of the organization. Lead Consumer & Community Banking testing and implementation of cloud-hosted analytical applications.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Data Scientist, Software Engineer, Associate (IT), or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Data Scientist, Software Engineer, Associate (IT), or related occupation.
Skills Required: This position requires 3 years of experience with the following: developing and deploying machine learning solutions, including supervised and unsupervised models and deep learning solutions; utilizing analytical and data science languages and tools including Python, Anaconda, R, Spark, Hive, SQL, AWS Redshift, and SageMaker; collaborating with Data Engineering teams to implement and operationalize machine learning models using for model deployment and monitoring; ensuring efficient and scalable data processing for internal and external usage by partner teams; presenting analytical and data science solutions to senior, non-technical business leaders, communicating insights and recommendations derived from complex machine learning models and data analyses; automating the production of recurring reports and dashboards using ETL techniques, SQL, streamlining the delivery of actionable insights to stakeholders; applying statistical analysis and machine learning methods including logistic regression, multivariate regression, classification techniques, attribution, cohort analysis, associative rule mining, and predictive modeling to extract valuable insights from complex datasets.

Full-Time. Salary: $170,000 - $210,000 per year.
