This position requires an active TS/SCI Security Clearance with the ability to obtain a CI poly.

CASE Management Consulting is seeking a talented spatial data scientist to transform mission GEOINT data into actionable insights. In this pivotal role, you will lead statistical analyses to tackle key issues. Your expertise will drive the development of advanced statistical methodologies that integrate diverse datasets, enhancing our analytical capabilities. You will strategize the integration of new datasets and manage migration plans for legacy data, enabling in-depth trend analyses and ensuring that our data remains relevant across the Intelligence Community. Additionally, you will create efficient data discovery, modeling, and production processes in line with enterprise architecture standards, empowering us to address mission-specific intelligence challenges effectively. 

Additional duties may include:

• Develop data strategies with stakeholders to meet AOEA requirements.
• Collaborate with diverse teams using technology and communication tools for business missions.
• Employ data mining for structured and unstructured data to fulfill requests.
• Utilize advanced spatial analytics for deriving insights from various data types.
• Manage data movement and manipulation across NGA Domains with evolving software.
• Maintain databases throughout the entire data life cycle, ensuring quality assurance.
• Transfer and share data while adhering to administrative policies.
• Plan long-term database administration needs with management.
• Oversee all aspects of computerized database administration.
• Identify emerging technologies and represent the office in tech meetings.
• Conduct data mining and conditioning for mission support.
• Understand digital imagery and related processes.
• Prepare reports, briefings, presentations, and meeting minutes as needed.

Skills and Experience

Required:

• An active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in math or science, or at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills across organizational boundaries.
• Expert in MS Office and database management.
• Familiarity with spatial software (ArcGIS, Tableau) for statistical analysis and data visualization.
• Knowledge of Geospatial Policies and data handling restrictions.
• Working knowledge of statistical software (e.g., R).
• Good interpersonal skills.
