What You Will Do:
Guidehouse is seeking a Data Scientist who will:
Provide data science and analytics solutions to Department of Defense Clients.
Identify and address client needs, build client relationships, and drive initiatives forward.
Wrangle, cleanse, and analyze data using programming languages such as Python
Develop advanced visualizations and dashboards using business intelligence tools
Build predictive and/or Large Language Models on advanced data science platforms
What You Will Need:
An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance
Bachelor's Degree
THREE (3) or more years of experience in data science, data analysis, or data visualization
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in computer science or related field
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Experience with design and build of ETL programs, interfaces, and data reconciliation processes
Experience with developing and deploying AI/ML or predictive models to solve problems or improve efficiency
Experience developing reports and dashboards for data consumers
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff within an organization
