Job Description
We’re hiring a Data Scientist to help us drive innovation and excellence in marketing performance measurement. This is a hands-on, high-impact role ideal for someone who’s both a builder and a thinker – someone who codes with intent, models with depth, and communicates with clarity.

You will:

  • Lead development of advanced marketing analytics solutions from concept to deployment
  • Design and implement machine learning models with sound statistical underpinnings
  • Guide junior analysts and coordinate cross-functional project teams
  • Translate marketing business challenges into robust analytical frameworks
  • Partner with global stakeholders to deliver insights that influence strategy
  • Build, test, and deploy scalable pipelines and automation systems
  • Ensure analytical outputs meet high technical and business standards

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a quantitative discipline
  • 2 – 3 years of experience in data science or analytics, ideally with project leadership
  • Strong Python programming skills
  • Solid grounding in statistical inference, regression, time series, and machine learning theory
  • Experience with cloud tools (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure), SQL, and version control (Git)
  • Business-level fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Prior exposure to marketing science or media measurement a BIG plus
