JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

• Define and develop new approaches for capturing both structured and unstructured data which can be used for modeling and insight generation.

• Analyse complex data sets using a diverse set of machine learning & modelling techniques.

• Build AI-ML-deep learning models using R&D data. Build UI solutions to deploy these models for the end users.

• Develop data analysis and visualization solutions to generate faster insights, thereby helping business team to make informed decision.

• Execute data modeling projects working together with internal SMEs; manage stakeholder expectations.

• Translate business needs into technical specifications.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Masters degree in STEM subject (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Maths, Computer science, Data Science, Statistics.) 

• Minimum 3-4 years of working experience in the field of Data science and ML. Experience in data model building, data processing and insight building.

• Should have python/flask application development skills.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Having experience in the field of Power BI is good.

• Should have strong communication, interpersonal skills as well as experienced in stakeholder management.

Skills

• Expert knowledge in developing ML and deep learning models using Python, R.

• Experience in scripting with standard modeling practice and developing web application using Python dash/ R shiny.

• Good knowledge in user interface design with ability to understand user requirements and develop mock-up UI wireframes.

• Experience in data management using Python and Excel.

• Good knowledge/ experience working with modelling software such as JMP / SAS are an added advantage.

• Experience in building standard visualization dashboards using Power BI is added advantage.
