The Role
- Experience: 6+ Years
Develop and implement machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
• Perform data analysis, preprocessing, and feature engineering to ensure the quality and relevance of datasets.
• Design and evaluate statistical models and interpret their results with a deep understanding of the underlying mathematics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver insights.
• Work with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch for model development.
• Explore, research, and implement new algorithms in artificial intelligence, with a focus on general AI applications.
• Optimize models for performance and scalability in production environments.
• Present results and insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
• Continuously monitor and maintain machine learning models, ensuring they remain effective and relevant over time.
• Lead or contribute to data science projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Create compelling data visualizations to effectively communicate insights and findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Use data visualization tools to explore data and uncover hidden patterns or trends.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in machine learning, AI, and data science, and apply them to improve existing processes.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for models, processes, and workflows.
• Python Proficiency: Expert-level coding skills with a deep understanding of Python libraries for data science (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn).
• Machine Learning Expertise: Strong experience in building, training, and deploying machine learning models, with a thorough understanding of the statistics and mathematics behind them.
• Deep Learning Proficiency: Hands-on experience with deep learning models and frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Statistical Knowledge: Solid grasp of probability, statistics, and mathematical modeling techniques.
• Experience with General AI: Familiarity with generative AI techniques is a plus.
• Data Visualization: Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, or Power BI. Experience with dashboards and visual storytelling is a plus.
• Knowledge of OpenTelemetry, Apache Flink (PyFlink) would be added plus
• Experience working with large-scale datasets and distributed computing.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
