Summary
The Senior Data Analyst validates business system requirements with detailed acceptance criteria used by the technical team to provide functionality necessary to meet business objectives. The individual will work in a collaborative team environment that delivers analytical solutions across multiple divisions. This position will lead the business analysis effort to identify, clarify, document, and manage business system requirements of Data Analytics teams in the company.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Business / Information Technology / Data Science / Math / Statistics or related field, with an emphasis on data analytics.

5+ years experience in a business environment performing analysis, requirements gathering, and problem solving

Hands-on experience in data analysis, preferably with working knowledge of tools such as Python, SQL, PowerBI

Excellent verbal and written skills that allow effective communication with business and technical teams

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications

An MBA with a diploma/certification course in Data Analytics

Proficiency in data visualization & presentation

Hands on experience in Microsoft Azure Suite (including Power BI)

Experience working with various Data & Analytics teams such as Data Integration, Visualization, Data Science, Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence teams

Experience working across global cross-functional teams with digital programs

Provide data and business analysis support to the Analytics team

Liaise with product and business owners to discover and translate functional and non-functional requirements
