Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Scientist to support the maintenance and implementation of the data architecture for program-related data. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in designing, maintaining, and optimizing data backend workflows, enabling seamless data operations across security domains and systems while ensuring compliance with data standards. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust data solutions and ensure the integrity and availability of critical data pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and implement data architecture to support program data requirements.
- Manage data backend workflows to facilitate secure and efficient data operations across systems and security domains.
- Ensure compliance with data standards while handling diverse data formats and interfaces.
- Leverage APIs to query systems and facilitate data migration.
- Develop, sustain, and monitor operational data pipelines to support program needs.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases and cloud architectures.
- Experience in programming languages and libraries such as Python, JavaScript, or Java.
- Experience leveraging APIs for system queries and data migration.
- Experience in developing, sustaining, and monitoring data pipelines to support various data formats and interfaces.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with data enterprise solutions.
- Familiarity with implementing processes, standards, and tools based on the Scaled Agile Framework for Enterprise (SAFe).
- Experience in developing dynamic visualizations to monitor operational availability, data currency, and volumetrics.
Security Requirements:
- TS/SCI level clearance or higher required

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Skills Required
- Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases and cloud architectures

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including explaining complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience developing, sustaining, and monitoring data pipelines for various data formats and interfaces
- TS/SCI-level security clearance or higher
- Experience with geospatial data enterprise solutions
- Familiarity with processes, standards, and tools based on the Scaled Agile Framework for Enterprise (SAFe)

- U.S. work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship
