Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning, AI, and Generative AI solutions to solve complex healthcare and provider business problems
- Analyze large-scale structured and unstructured data to generate actionable insights, predictions, and recommendations
- Build and optimize predictive models, NLP solutions, and LLM-powered applications to improve platform intelligence and automation
- Collaborate with product owners, engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into data-driven solutions
- Develop data pipelines, perform feature engineering, and ensure data quality, governance, and regulatory compliance
- Evaluate, monitor, and continuously improve model performance, accuracy, and scalability in production environments
- Present insights and recommendations through dashboards, reports, and visualisations to support strategic decision-making
- Mentor team members and contribute to innovation by identifying new AI/ML opportunities that drive measurable business outcomes for the ICP platform
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
- 3+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics, or AI/ML solution development
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), data engineering concepts, and big data technologies such as Spark or Hadoop
- Solid proficiency in Python, SQL, statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and data modelling techniques with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and exposure to Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Proven solid analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions
