Primary Responsibilities:
  • Analyze structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights
  • Develop and validate basic machine learning and statistical models under the guidance of senior team members
  • Perform data preparation, cleansing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis
  • Write efficient and maintainable code using Python, SQL, and related analytical tools
  • Create visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate findings to technical and business stakeholders
  • Support model deployment, monitoring, and performance evaluation activities
  • Work with data engineering teams to understand data sources and ensure data quality
  • Assist in developing NLP, predictive analytics, and classification models for healthcare use cases
  • Document methodologies, assumptions, and analytical results following team standards
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and stay updated on emerging AI/ML technologies and industry trends
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
  • 2+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Analytics, or a related field
  • Foundational understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and model development
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Matplotlib
  • Basic understanding of machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
  • Solid analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Skills Required
