Lead and manage a data science team, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and career development of direct reports. Lead data science projects to evaluate customer financial behavior across deposit accounts, credit cards, and lending products, and focus on operational metrics, engineering performance indicators, or scientific research metrics to generate comprehensive customer profiles and inform strategic decision-making.
