We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist to join our dynamic and diverse team to lead Machine Learning or Operations Research.
The Opportunity

As a Media and Marketing Data Scientist, you will apply predictive power of algorithms to maximize returns and optimize P&G media spend.

As a Digital Commerce Data Scientist, you will take methodology of modeling to the e-retail environment, harvesting power of the big data to grow our digital sales through partnering with leading global retailers.

As a Supply Chain Data Scientist, you will use optimization and simulation techniques to refine and streamline our manufacturing and supply chain.

As a Model Risk Officer, you will partner with other Data Scientists to help improve and validate their models to ensure they are future proofed.
In this role you will

Lead cross functional teams of Data Scientist, Data Engineers, and Software Developers from the hypothesis to the finished product.

Partner with other IT Functions and Business Leaders to build strategy, complete roadmaps for a large organization and communicate to the highest level of the company leadership.

Build and own an impactful Data Science team, drive professional development of the team members.

Apply detailed technical and business knowledge to feature engineering of substantial datasets, exploratory data analysis, and model building to deliver accurate and impactful business insights.

Translate analytic insights into concrete, actionable recommendations for business or product improvement.

Quantify improvement in business areas resulting from use of the algorithms and modeling. Self-motivated individual with a demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities with a can-do attitude and strong passion for their body of work.
Job Qualifications
Qualifications
Required
-
Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Operation Research, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Math, Statistics, Physics, Analytics, etc.) or have equivalent work experience.

Proven leadership in applying and scaling Analytic and Machine Learnings techniques to deliver significant insights from data (in academia or in industry).

Knowledge and application of scientific computing methods i.e., Python, R, Scala
Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience in applying analytic mythologies such as Machine Learning, Optimization, and Simulation to a real-world problem.

Experience with large data sets and cloud computing.

Experience with Dev Ops environment: Git, CICD, etc.

Be a continuous learner. Keep up to date with the latest technology trends. Be willing to both guide others and learn new techniques.
