What Will You Do? 

Your challenge will be to unlock the full potential of AI and data in our fintech solutions. In this dynamic role, you'll dive into exciting areas: 

• Custom AI Orchestration: Integrate and optimize LLM APIs, craft context engineering strategies, and build custom AI workflows. We don't use off-the-shelf orchestration layers; we design and write our own agentic systems from the ground up. 

• Advanced Document Processing: Solve real-world data challenges by building Computer Vision and Document AI pipelines. 

• NLP & Vision Integration: Build and refine NLP pipelines, implement model performance optimizations, and work with embeddings to power RAG architectures. 

• Ensure Quality: Gather and curate test datasets, design evaluation frameworks to measure accuracy, speed, and reliability of our AI systems. 

What We Expect from You: 

Must-haves: 

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience in data science, ML, or AI engineering. 

• LLM expertise: Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, prompt/context engineering, and building LLM enhanced workflows. 

• OCR & Text Extraction: Proven experience with OCR technologies for high-accuracy text retrieval. 

• NLP Fundamentals: Solid understanding of text processing, tokenization, regex, and NLP pipelines. 

• Computer Vision: Strong experience in image processing and document analysis. 

• Python proficiency: Clean, robust, and efficient coding skills. 

• Be proficient in Hungarian, as this is the language of our internal communication  

• Be at least intermediate in English, as we have international clients as well 

Nice to have: 

• AI curiosity: A keen interest in staying updated on LLM news, emerging models, recent research papers, and industry advancements. 

• Document AI: Experience with Layout Analysis (e.g., identifying headers, footers, sections) and extracting complex information structures (e.g., tables, graphs, or hierarchical data) from financial documents. 

• Vector & RAG systems: Knowledge of embeddings, vector databases, and RAG architecture implementation. 

• Testing frameworks: Experience evaluating model accuracy, performance metrics, and building test suites for AI systems. 

• MLOps: Experience with Hugging Face transformers, model training, or fine-tuning.
