As a Lead Data Scientist for Digital Twin Integrated Asset Performance Management, you will spearhead the development and implementation of data-driven solutions that harness digital twin technology to optimize asset performance across diverse industries. You will collaborate closely with internal and customer project teams to identify requirements, design innovative solutions, and oversee their seamless integration into existing systems.
Key Tasks/Topics:

Requirements Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of stakeholder requirements to grasp business objectives and challenges pertaining to asset performance management.

Solution Design: Lead the conceptualization and design of end-to-end data-driven solutions leveraging digital twin technology to monitor, analyze, and optimize asset performance.

Customer Projects: Interface to customer to capture the requirements design and review responsibilities.

Data Integration: Develop strategies for seamlessly integrating digital twin solutions with existing systems and data sources to provide a unified perspective on asset performance.

Model Development: Direct the development of advanced analytical models and algorithms to extract actionable insights from digital twin data, enabling predictive maintenance and performance optimization.

Deployment and Implementation: Oversee the deployment of data-driven solutions, collaborating closely with development teams and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and alignment with business objectives.

Customer Collaboration: Interface with customer project teams to understand their specific requirements, provide technical expertise, and ensure alignment of data-driven solutions with overall project goals.

Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in data science, digital twin, and asset performance management to identify opportunities for innovation and enhancement of solutions.
Qualifications

Education: Master's degree in computer science, statistics, physics, or related field.

Experience: 5+ years of experience in data science and machine learning, with a focus on leading teams and developing advanced models for business challenges.

Specialization: Experience in vibration monitoring or turbomachinery is preferred.

Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in data analytics frameworks, machine learning algorithms, and programming languages, including Python and Matlab.

Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver impactful solutions.

Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
