Job Responsibilities:
- Working with LGR stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making within the Corporate Legal department.
- Establishes system documentation and ensures it is continually sustained
- Utilize Python and data engineering techniques to collect, clean, and transform legal data for analysis.
- Develop and implement data visualization solutions using PowerBI/Tableau to effectively communicate legal insights to stakeholders.
- Apply statistical and data analysis techniques to extract meaningful insights from legal data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Reviewing and improving existing systems and collaborating with teams to increase efficiency and productivity of the impacted teams
Required Skill set - Technical
- Proficient in data engineering (data wrangling and blending) using Python
- Experience in read/write SQL queries for reporting needs
- Proficient in developing visual reports, dashboards and KPI scorecards using Power BI/Tableau
- Basic working knowledge of Prompt Engineering
- Good knowledge of machine learning methods like k-Nearest Neighbors, Naive Bayes, SVM, Decision Forests.

- Ability to work closely with others to execute projects rapidly in a multi-disciplinary environment
- Problem solving aptitude and analytical mindset with great business sense
- Excellent Communication Skills – it is incredibly important to describe findings to a technical and non-technical audience.
- Goal-oriented, motivated self-starter with excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
Your role will also include overseeing, supervising and reviewing tasks performed by team members to ensure effective execution of work; managing end‑to‑end processes and projects for both internal and external clients with responsibility for timely and accurate delivery; issuing clear instructions and directions to team members on tasks to be performed; and mentoring and guiding junior colleagues to support their skill development, professional growth, and overall success
Qualifications
Qualification and Experience:
- B. Tech /B.E. (Computer Science Stream is preferred) with 4+ years of professional experience with at least 2 years in relevant job.
