Our Main Engineering Challenges at Teads

As an Engineer at Teads, you won't just be writing code; you will be solving complex technical puzzles at a massive scale. We operate in a very high-traffic environment.

You will tackle challenges involving big data, predictive AI, and high-performance architecture. within a systems that handle 2.2 billion users per month and process 100 billion events per day.

Team Overview

The Global Marketplace Optimization team builds algorithms to optimize Teads marketplace, improving performance for both supply and demand

We’re a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, algorithm engineers, and data engineers who own the full optimization lifecycle: from research and development to production at scale.

About the Opportunity 

We are looking for an Algorithm Engineer to join our algo team.
We analyze, design and deliver optimization algorithms at scale.

What will you do?
  • Design and develop optimizations algorithms that drive global business KPIs
  • Collaborate with engineers, product, and other data scientists to research, develop, and deploy end-to-end solutions at scale
  • Own the lifecycle: from the initial analysis and algorithm development to delivery and monitoring
  • Continuously analyze performance metrics and A/B tests to provide useful actionable insights to the business teams. 
  • Use exploratory data analysis techniques to identify patterns or trends in a complex data environment.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the business to provide high-impact solutions to our stakeholders
What will you bring to the team?
  • 2-3 Years experience in Analytics/Statistics/Data Science
  • BSc. in Data Science/Computer Science/Mathematics
  • Knowledge in data engineering - an advantage
  • Great problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to details and a passion for driving continuous improvement
  • Fast and independent learner
