As part of newly created Generative AI Accelerator team we are working on utilizing Generative AI technologies - Large Language Models to support various business use cases like interpretation of Image data to accelerate processes, RAG models for knowledge management, Agentic solutions to support process simplification use cases. Once given high level idea is proven to work via Proof-of-Concept we package it for production deployment - ensuring IT compliance, operational resilience, supportability, optimized costs.
With the rapid growth of demand for GenAI-based solutions we are seeking candidates for Data Scientist position. Selected candidate will lead the evaluation of GenAI models for applicability to cover business use cases and then contribute to ongoing improvement of solutions based on them. In this role you will work on projects with Business Experts and Product Owners to understand their business needs. Then you will be able to use your Data Science skills (using existing tools as well as hands-on coding) to confirm GenAI solutions/models applicability. You will then cooperate with Software Engineers in building the final E2E solution and deploy it to Cloud-hosted environments
On top of project work company will give you opportunity for growth via professional trainings and certifications. Finally you will be able to engage in organization and community building activities like sports activities, natural environment protection events, helping people in need.
Responsibilities

Work on text, image, video analysis and interpretation business use cases: planning and executing (through hands-on coding) experimentation process to define optimal combination of GenAI models, their parametrization and Prompt Engineering techniques to achieve optimal output accuracy

Design GenAI-based solutions for optimal usage of GenAI models

Support testing process during implementation projects of these solutions

Design, implement and execute ongoing maintenance process (including evaluation of new GenAI models) for the solutions

Contributing to handover of the system to hosting platform support (evaluation model part)

Support platform optimization projects in terms of simplification and unification of processes, cost reduction

Building and applying Data Science knowledge and expertise to optimize effectiveness/accuracy of existing GenAI-based solutions and to be able to support new use cases and related projects

Contribution to organization capability building via running trainings and onboarding sessions
Job Qualifications

Python programming language - proficient level (Pandas, Numpy, Matplotlib, Pydantic, Scikit-Learn, Langchain)

Azure Cloud platform experience (Azure Machine Learning, Azure Data Factory)

Data Science, Machine Learning projects experience

Hands-on knowledge of AzureML, Google Vertex AI and GitHub Actions

Strong written and verbal English language communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively in multinational/multicultural environment

Ability to handle multiple priorities
Nice to have:

Experience with usage of GenAI (ChatGPT, Google Gemini) APIs for multimodal input processing

Google Cloud platform experience as an additional benefit

Familiarity/basic experience in Agile, CI/CD, DevOps, Git, Docker, MySQL
