About the Role:
HR Force International is seeking a motivated and innovative Data Scientist who is a fresh graduate ready to dive into the world of data analytics and machine learning. In this role, you will leverage your academic knowledge and skills to solve complex business problems and contribute to impactful projects within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to analyze large data sets.
* Conduct quantitative analysis and report on the performance of data-driven initiatives.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into data science solutions.
* Clean, preprocess, and model data from various sources to enable effective analysis.
* Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders through visualization and reporting.
* Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science techniques and tools.
Required Qualifications:
* Fresh graduate with a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
* Strong foundation in statistical analysis and machine learning principles.
* Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
* Familiarity with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
* Understanding of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib.
* Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
* Effective communication skills to present data-driven insights.
* Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):
* Experience with data science libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or Keras).
* Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
* Internship or project experience in data science or related domains.
