Must-have Skills:
- Design, build, and operationalize end-to-end ML pipelines using Databricks, MLflow, and Azure Machine Learning.
- Develop scalable data workflows leveraging Delta Lake, Spark Structured Streaming, and distributed compute environments.
- Implement MLOps best practices including model versioning, feature store integration, automated testing, CI/CD, and monitoring.
- Deploy machine learning models to production using Azure ML, AKS, and containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Optimize compute costs, performance, and reliability across cloud-native architectures in Azure.
- Collaborate with data engineering, software development, and DevOps teams to standardize ML infrastructure and deployment patterns.
- Ensure reproducibility and automation through Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) and Git-based workflows.
- Apply ML lifecycle governance, observability, and responsible AI standards across projects.
Nice-to-have:
- AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
