As a Associate Data Products & Analytics within the Consumer Bank Customer Analytics team, you will design and deliver robust, modernized data solutions that support analytics and business objectives. You will partner with stakeholders to develop high-quality, curated data products and contribute to a team culture focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
Job responsibilities
- Define and execute strategy for product data development and delivery
- Lead discovery and prioritization of data product needs, ensuring solutions are reliable and reusable
- Build collaborative partnerships with stakeholders to document product data and manage metadata
- Oversee data quality, integrity, protection, retention, storage, and usage
- Ensure compliance with firmwide policies, standards, and procedures for data governance
- Develop and maintain relationships with data delivery partners and consumers
- Demonstrate governance by tracking workstreams, prioritizing deliverables, and ensuring successful delivery
- Build presentations and data visualizations to effectively convey analytical findings and influence decisions
Build business cases, construct test designs, and identify populations for pilot programs; analyze program performance and derive insights to help inform future customer strategies
- Track customer behavior and engagement, translating findings into strategies that drive business growth
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 3 years of industry experience in a data-related field
- Proficiency in data querying and manipulation using technologies such as SQL
- Demonstrated ability to manage tight delivery timelines across multiple workstreams
- Proven ability to execute through successful internal partnerships and influence across job functions
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies with tools like Jira or Confluence for backlog management
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in defining and implementing multi-faceted projects or programs
- Proven track record in solving business problems through fact-based and scientific analytics, like to focus on solving problems
- Have a demonstrated ability to think both independently and collaboratively to implement creative solutions that solve business problems, being diligent in the detail while maintaining focus on broader purpose and business objectives
- Are comfortable summarizing key information and presenting recommendations to multiple stakeholders to influence senior management

- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
