The Technology Trainee Program develops future technology leaders by providing meaningful experiences, hands-on learning, and exposure to critical business and technology challenges. Trainees are hired into one of several technology role types based on business needs, technical skills, interests, and development opportunities.

TECHNOLOGY ROLE TYPES

Engineering

Engineering trainees design, build, test, and improve technology solutions that power our business. Successful candidates demonstrate foundational software development and technical problem-solving skills, curiosity for emerging technologies and AI-enabled engineering practices, an understanding of system and application design concepts, and a continuous learning mindset that enables them to adapt and grow in a rapidly evolving technology landscape 

Data & Analytics

Data & Analytics trainees help transform enterprise data into trusted, actionable business insights by supporting data management, governance, reporting, analytics, and decision-making. Successful candidates demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative thinking, attention to data quality and integrity, the ability to identify patterns and opportunities within data, effective communication and storytelling skills, and curiosity about how data drives business performance and value creation.

Cybersecurity

Cybersecurity trainees help protect company systems, operations, and information assets through activities such as security monitoring, risk management, security controls, automation, and incident response. Successful candidates possess a strong interest in cybersecurity concepts and technologies, an investigative and analytical mindset, structured problem-solving skills, personal accountability for managing risk, and the ability to communicate technical information effectively to diverse audiences.

Infrastructure

Infrastructure trainees support the platforms and environments that keep technology operating securely, reliably, and efficiently across the business. Successful candidates demonstrate interest in cloud, networking, and infrastructure technologies, strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving capabilities, a customer-focused and service-oriented mindset, a passion for automation and continuous improvement, and the ability to operate effectively in dynamic and fast-paced environments.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Current university student or recent graduate pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Analytics, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Related technical disciplines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Demonstrated leadership, initiative, or involvement through coursework, projects, organizations, internships, or extracurricular activities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within diverse teams
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn
