The opportunity

We're hiring a Manager, Data Science for our APAC region. You will lead a small but critical data science team focused on credit decisioning, partnering closely with the Global Head of Data Science and our Credit teams.

This is a high visibility role where you have direct influence on customer outcomes. While not an individual contributor role, you must have a strong technical background and a level of understanding to have robust technical discussions with the team.

How you'll make an impact

  • Lead a team of 4 Data Scientists responsible for credit decisioning across our Phillipines (Cashalo) and India (NIRA) businesses.

  • Collaborate with the leadership team of Cashalo and NIRA to refine and execute their business plans.

  • Work closely with the Global Head of Data Science to implement process and operational frameworks to allow us to scale the team.

  • Work with your team on technical solutions and design, ensuring they align to business goals.

  • Experience working in credit or banking industries
