Data Science Intern (Fall 2025)

Applications for Fall interns will open on August 5th, 2025 and close on August 15th, 2025.  

Interns must be currently enrolled in a university and eligible to work in the United States.  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.  

• Support studies on miner overclocking and underclocking 

• Analyze energy utilization and identify optimization opportunities 

• Rank mining hardware based on performance across various tasks 

• Collect and clean data from multiple sources 

• Build and maintain data pipelines for analysis 

• Perform exploratory data analysis and generate insights 

• Develop dashboards to visualize key metrics 

• Assist in building machine learning models and optimizers

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology) 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

• Proficiency in Python and SQL 

• Familiarity with data engineering tools (e.g., Airflow, BigQuery, Redshift, Postgres, Kafka) 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

• Ability to work independently and take initiative
